Score corrections and factual inquiries.

If you find a discrepancy between our scores and your direct experience with a provider, we want to know. Email corrections@topesimreview.com with the provider name, destination, and a description of what you observed.

We log every correction publicly and re-test when a complaint is reproducible. Our goal is accurate scores, not defensive ones.

For press inquiries or methodology questions, use the same address with “Press” or “Methodology” in the subject line. We respond within five business days.
