Privacy Policy

We collect two types of data: data you provide directly, and data collected automatically during site use.

Data you provide. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We do not operate a newsletter, account system, or comment section. We do not collect payment information.

Data collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider logs standard server data including IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and time of visit. This data is used for security monitoring and aggregate traffic analysis. It is not sold or shared with advertising networks.

Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics to measure page views and traffic sources in aggregate. Analytics data does not identify individual users and is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

The site uses only technically necessary cookies required for basic site function. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party retargeting cookies.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not materially affect your ability to read content on this site.

This site contains affiliate links to eSIM providers. When you click a provider link and complete a purchase, we may earn a commission. Clicking an affiliate link does not transmit your personal data to us. Provider websites have their own privacy policies, which govern data collected during checkout.

Affiliate commissions do not influence our rankings or scores. The commission structure is identical across all five ranked providers.

We use collected data for the following purposes only:

• Responding to correction requests or inquiries you send by email
• Monitoring for security threats and abuse at the server level
• Measuring aggregate site performance in anonymized analytics

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with advertising networks, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes.

Server-level infrastructure logs are retained for 7 days, after which they are automatically purged by our hosting provider. We do not archive server logs beyond that window. Email correspondence with a correction or editorial inquiry is kept for the duration of the open case plus 45 days, then deleted. We do not retain correction emails indefinitely as a matter of practice.

EU/EEA residents have rights under GDPR including access, correction, erasure, and portability. California residents have rights under CCPA including the right to know, delete, and opt out of data sale (we do not sell data). To submit a request under either framework, email corrections@topesimreview.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. We acknowledge all requests within five business days and resolve them as promptly as the available data allows.

This site is hosted on Vercel, whose infrastructure processes server requests. Vercel's privacy policy governs data processed at the infrastructure level. We do not use social media widgets, embedded video players, or advertising SDKs that introduce third-party tracking.

Privacy practices evolve as the site evolves. When we make a material change — for example, adding a new analytics tool or changing our email retention period — we update the date shown at the top of this page. We do not send policy change notifications. If you want to track updates, bookmark this page. The current version is always authoritative.
